Shipping Policy

Shipping within Ireland

We aim to have your order posted between 1-5 days where possible. Shipping is via AnPost and charged at €5.95. The speed of AnPost delivery is dependent on the volume of post, as some periods are much busier than others. 

Occasionally with some items that have multiple sizes or colours (eg rugs, bridles or clothing) there may be a small delay for your specific selection. We usually have stock of the most popular sizes, but any items that might be impacted will have this clearly detailed in its product description, along with estimated additional delay. If one item in your order is affected then your entire order will be held the additional few days and all your items will be shipped together.


Heavy Items

Some items that are very heavy or bulky may have a shipping surcharge. Any items impacted by this will have this mentioned in the product description and the order will be shipped by DPD.


Click & Collect 

For click and collect of in stock items we aim to have your order ready within 24 hours. Usually this is much sooner, even during the weekend. You will receive a text or email when your order its ready for collection. Please ensure that your contact details given are correct. If you have ordered an item with a size or colour that is not currently in the warehouse you will be notified immediately of any potential delay. Items that have multiple sizes or colours may be subject to small delays and will have this detailed in the product description. 


International Shipping

We aim to have your order with you as soon as possible and shipped the next day with An Post or DPD where available. Occasionally, depending on the items within your order, there may be additional delays in packaging your order but this is usually resolved within 7 days.  Shipping with An Post transfers to your local postal service and delivery times can vary from location to location. Duty and taxes may or may not be charged on arrival of your parcel. EquiStore take no responsibility for any duty and charges that may be added to your delivery. If you refuse to pay these charges and the order gets returned, we will refund the purchase amount less the shipping costs. 

Occasionally there are restrictions on the shipping of some liquids, supplements etc to various countries and we may not be able to process your order. If this is the case then your will be refunded in full. 

Sometimes we may need to use a different shipping method to the one that you have chosen. This may be due to issues with the shipping company and the contents, weight or shape of the parcel.
